I don´t know if you are aware of the fact that in many jobs that are present at the market you have to be able to handle stress. Otherwise you won´t have what it takes to be a certain worker. Do you know what I mean? Customers very often can get really nervous when they are not pleased with the services that your company is offering and in this kind of situation you have to be really calm and can´t just yell at them. That would be a wrong decision. It is typical for customers that they complain and are always looking for something that is not OK and are trying to point it to you. I work at jeweler´s shop and recently a person came to take cash for gold. He wanted to get rid of the necklace that he no longer needed. By the look of this necklace I think that it was his wife necklace rather than his personal. He took the cash for gold and went home and everything looked OK. In the meantime, another customer came that wanted to buy this necklace. I have sold it. Next day the person who left this necklace came, and said that he wanted to get it back as he has made a mistake and didn´t really want to sell it. Can you imagine something like that? It was his mistake and yet he was yelling at me and he threatened to sue me. People can be really strange sometimes, don´t you think?
